This top is a cotton tank underlayer, with a very stretchy black mesh overlay designed to be worn in multiple ways—as a cowl, boat neck, or off the shoulder.

It fools you into thinking it's a classic denim jacket, but that's not very Margiela, is it. The underarm openings allow it to become more of a vest, worn with the sleeves loose or tied in a knot.
